The Saubhagya Ratna 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Saubhagya Ratna, we take pride in customer delight. We take special care to ensure that every product exceeds your expectations. However, if for any reason you would like to exchange or refund, Saubhagya Ratna offers a 7-day money back guarantee for items in their original condition accompanied by the receipt.

Return Procedure:
1) Product must be returned within 7 days from the date of shipment. The date of shipment is specified in the Saubhagya Ratna invoice.

2) For return of the product please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at 1800 209 3499 or by e-mailing us at info@saubhagyaratna.com. A Saubhagya Ratna Advisor will guide you on the process for the same, before using the product, and we will get back to you.

3) Include all original packaging, certificates and materials accompanied by details of your bank account including bank name, account no., branch & city.

4) Ship your item fully insured. To insure your package, check the price of the item on your invoice. Insure your package for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation from the courier company.

5) All return requests will be processed only after our laboratory verifies the condition of the item.

6) Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon the receipt of the item.

7) The following items will not be accepted for returns:

a) Any item with evidence of damage, wear, engraving, alterations or resizing by a jeweller other than Saubhagya Ratna.
b) Improperly packaged or uninsured items.
c) Customized Jewellery - All customized gemstone jewellery - In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer exchange only for customized jewellery of higher value items only.
d) Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance: The selling prices of these items have been drastically reduced. In order to enable us to provide you with such savings, we do not accept returns of the items sold under promotion or stock clearance. The product description page will clearly state that you will not be able to return such item; unless it arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.

8) We refund only the price of the item and taxes paid. Shipping charges, if any, paid by the customer are not refunded. The refund may take up an additional 7 working days after processing to show up in your bank account. Cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order sent directly to your mailing address or on request, can be deposited in your bank account, details of which shall be provided by you.
